  • Rotate + Transition problem

I use the 3dpip to rotate an image. Problem is that the keyer goes on the white part of the clip and EDIUS doesn't allow to put more then one thing there! So I can't have the image rotate and end with an ADORAGE "out" trantision because the Adorage ALSO needs to go onto the white part of the clip which like I said, cannot be done.

What to do so that I can have an image zoom or rotate and also get an out trantision of adorage?

Put the Adorage transition on the other clip instead of the clip with the 3dpip, or shift q a section near the end of the clip with 3dpip and then you can put adorage on the first clip.

      Hi,
Another way is to 'reclip' the section with the 3dpip filter and then it will behave like any other clip. (place marker at begining and end of clip - select Export - select Export to File - name clip and it will appear in the bin - done)

You can also place the 3DPIP clip in its own sequence. Place the sequence on the main timeline and use a transition as usual :)
