Have some MTS files that were messed up via a problem in the camera. All the footage plays but every once in a while there are a few frames of green pixels (I guess where the frames weren't encoded correctly in camera). I'm sure it can't be fixed but it can't hurt to ask - anyone know of a way to fix this at all?

how long does the disturbance last? if only a frame, you can create a still of the frame before and paste it over the top of the bad frame (on a V track above and set duration of still to 1 frame)Anton Strauss

Since the green pixels are not burned CCD pixels but rather an encoding issue, the pixels move with the picture. So this can be easily tracked in AE. Maybe I'll key the green pixels out and track a good frame from right before the pixels, under the video. Hope it'll work.Gigabyte Z77X-UP4 TH, Intel Core i7 3770k 3.5GHz, 4 Core, 8 Threads, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB, 500GB SSD HDD for OS, 40TB Usable Hard Drive Capacity, Window 10 PRO 64-bit Edius 9.5 WORKSTATION...

It could be any number of camera problems. I see it frequently from my (and other) C100(s). Encoder, funky cards, who knows. Never (ever) a problem with Sony SxS. Speaks volumes for quality memory.
Always record to dual card slots when possible.
Definitely not an Edius issue.Rusty Rogers | Films

Did you export the MTS to HQ to see if it remains there.
Export the clip twice (or more) and compare if the green flash is at the exact same frame, you could try and use different frames from different encodes to 'repair' the issue.Tony D.
