Edius 6.08 doesn't launch after storm

After a strong storm, no AC power in the house (for a guy).
All is fine on PC (Premiere CC, ...), but Edius 6.08 doesn't launch completely (start always in progress).
Perharps a disc sector or Edius component damaged ?
I try to unistall Edius ansd reinstall , but the problem is still there.

On another partition boot , 5.51 is installed, and i's OK for this version.

Any idea to reinstall 6.08 ? (or a clean uninstall).

Is the license dongle damaged?

Unplug and plug in another USB socket. Windows should recognise.

The LED should be on on the dongle.

Good idea : it's possible the dongle is damaged.
I say that to the guy.
