Hey folks, have a real weird one here. Have a system here which was running EDIUS Pro 3.61. All of a sudden it refuses to import any kind of still file. (.psd, .jpg)
Also, when attempting to export a still, in the plugin settings, the only export options are .tga and .sgi.
We have purchased v4 and updated to 4.52. we have uninstalled the lot and deleted any canopus related folders before reinstalling with no change.
We have gone back to a ghost image file from April when this problem was deifnitley not apparent with no joy.
When attempting to open a project which contains any image files like .psd's, the files become offline. If you attempt to restore the offline files by pointing EDIUS to their location, it says the files are unrecognisable???
System is a P5P800 P4 3.2, Windows XP.
