Swap In Other Video

Is there a way to swap in one part of a video into another area on the same shot? Such as removing wrinkles from a shirt, where I could copy and paste the part of the shirt without wrinkles?

I have the NewBlueFX package in case something in there does it.

this is easy by copy the clip to above and offset the above clip position with layouter and use a mask to select a small section of the shirt in the good area and make the outside mask transparent, use a bit of soft edge so you don't see any doctoring
