Can not Deactvate

Now, I can not reactivate....I get an error code....51C.480.1D4D2

I tried, but it says I have no more activations left....which, from my memory, I should have one left....

Deactivation is grayed out by default, this is normal

once you click the license in the list, then it should become active

you can also check online how many installations you have remaining under your license

I am having a problem deactivating my license, as I have to rebuild my PC....I am not getting the deactivation icon, as it is greyed out.....I had this issue before, and it caused me to lose one activation, so I do not want to lose the last one ..any help would be welcomed
