if you have Win7, it comes with its own screen capture utility and it saves as png by default, which is ideal for this forum

John123, if you need to capture the screen the easiest way is to press print screen on your keyboard>open Paint>press ctrl+V and the image will appear in paint.
Crop the image and save to .png and upload. That way you won't have to take pictures of the screen.

was your footage shot at 23.98p? can you check the clip properties of a clip on your timeline?
and as mentioned by John, you may have to export to HQ Fine and then start a new project with the correct frame rate and field order
I exported to HQ fine made a new project ,this way works to Burn on Disc,
and I thank you and John /everyone for your responds.

If you are totally stuck and have the time export the file to maybe HQ AVI and then start a new project with interlace upper field and import the file back

Burn to disk inside Edius doesn't use Moviefactory, it opens up it's own built in DVD authoring package
