edius 7 timeline play/stop problem

hi, I am I think old user with edius and I start with edius 3.
Now I upgrade to 7 pro and have this problem.
My work its a webtv news and I have to cut interviews, and the problem its that , when I stop the play in time line ( with spacebar ) my cusror in timeline sometimes stops a few frames foward after I press space or other times stops 1 or 2 secondes after. I format my system with a win8 64 , with 16 ram and a Asus P8Z68 Deuxe , and a gtx 770 , please help me

basically, the max buffer size in EDIUS3 was 32, as a result, playback stopped almost instantly

with later versions, the minimum is 128 and this buffer is unloaded when you press stop, causing a visual jump

the larger the buffer, the more noticeable the jump can be

I've noticed that the difference in the delay is associated with the type of video card witch is used.With OHCI or BlackMagic Design is much bigger than with tested Edius Storm 3G.
I tested in a way to put the cursor at the beginning of the timeline and to press play and stop as fast as possible.With OHCI and BMD what I got was 4-5 frames but with Storm 3G Elite I've got 1 frame witch is result I needed.
