cut and paste nested clips

I seem to be able to cut and paste clips between nested sequences within a project but I can seem to cut and paste a chromakeyed clip to another sequence within same project.

Is there a way to paste the chroma key settings within sequences in a given project?

If I right-click and save the chroma key settings as a user preset how do I recall these settings-- confused???

Just drag the saved preset to the other clip(s).
