Is proxy mode working in 7.3.0??

I was just testing proxy mode on some 4K material and I can't see any difference in buffer usage with 3 layers of 4K HQX (with layouter applied) in or out of proxy mode. Same for 6 layers of HDV material. Both in projects that match the source material.

Yes, the proxies were made and I can see the difference in resolution in the monitor when I switch to proxy mode but the performance is the same, proxy mode of no help in playback.

Could someone check this to confirm.
