How to get rid of black background

How would I get rid of black background when inserting this into any video?
Chroma Key doesn't seem to work.

Little Fine Tuning

You have two things going on there.
1. The entire screen is black
2. The round globe has a square black outer area to it.

Is the logo supposed to have the square black outer area?
Is this what you are after?

Notice the crisp edge around the globe. This was done using the mask tool. Since you have dark areas at the bottom of the globe,
the luminance key will produce bleed. You want to remove the globe from the black at the defined area.
