  • Help!I just want to make a simple scrolling title

Forget Title motion Pro. There is not enough time left in my life to learn that monstrosity. So quick titler. Please Can someone tell me where they hide the fonts. There has to be more than the stupid block styles visible. No mention of where the fonts are in any help page. I was an expert with DV rex and now I am an idiot again thanks to Canopus lack of tutorials. Crimeny Sake I just want to scroll a simple title.

    Ok Duh?

All they need to tell you is / different than DVRex / you need to type something first. Then your font selector shows up. So simple yet so difficult.

Better still, use this file. It contains use of the Arial font, which is a default font in most windows systems. THe previous attachment will be confusing if you
        1. don't have the font and
        2. are new to quicktitler

Download and read the TitleMotion manual from the Harris site (Harris bought Leitch who bought Inscriber):

It says it's for 4.3 for Premiere but the GUI and basic concepts are the same.

TMP works great once you learn to deal with the quirkiness of the interface. Once learned it is very capable and simple.

Now since you are from Canopus can you tell us they are working on the bug that crashes Edius on Rolls and Crawls. I believe I have read elsewhere that the engineers are aware of it and working on it.
Main System. MSI G33m Motherboard, Intel Q6600 CPU, 2GB Ram, GeForce 9500GT, 7200rpm System drive. WinXP. Lots of external eSATA drives.

Laptop. Sony Vaio. CPU- i7-Gen 3, 8gb RAM, 1tbb 5400rpm hard drive, AMD GPU

Sorry, I'm in the US... the engineering folks are in Japan.
It's a bit tricky as TMP comes from a third-party, and even trickier since Harris is a competitor to GV.
