      I will add that in Version 7 it changes to 64 bit.

        Yes, so if your OS is still 32-bit you cannot use Edius 7!
        Still learning Edius, not even middle grade user yet.

          And I will add that having an i3, i5, or i7 processor with a 64-bit OS certainly helps A LOT. And RAM.
