.mov with alpha - urgent

I have Edius and Boris Red. I need to create a .mov with an alpha channel from footage of a talking head in front of greenscreen. In the end I need the talking head over alpha for use on a web site. I need the voice to be part of the .mov as well. Does anyone know of a workflow that will work? I'm still experimenting but could use some advice.
