project settings / fullhd 50p ?

Hello,

i shot with my gh3 in 1920/1080 50p,

i dont find the good project settings,

i can choose 1920/1080 50i or 1920/1080 25p,


even if i shot in progressive, something is strange, when i
chose 25p, upper field first, my picture is smooth like old dv tape,
if i chose progressiv, my picture is like video clip,

i dont have any external screen,

Why don't you make the project setting? It is faster than posting about it. :)

If you go to SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / APPLICATION / PROJECT PRESET you would be able to create a preset that would match your footage :)

why cant we change the frame rate settings when we made a mistake choosing a 1920/1080 25 or 50 i setting like i did ?

or can we lol ?

GH3 is supposed to shoot in 50p, may i choose 1920/1080 50i, 50 fps, progressive ? i dont see any 50p settings,

Follow these steps exactly

1Open EDIUS
2Go system settings application
3Project Presets
4Look to right you will see a button Preset wizard. (attachment: Arrows show the position)
5 click it
6 select All the sizes you need ,select 50p select color depth
7 click next
8 click completed.

The preset wizard is for people who get confused by the advanced project window.
I think it is best that you use it for future settings.

(We also have an online help menu from EDIUS where you can type and search BTW.)

i followed these steps to create a new project setting,
i did it for my new project,

can i use your tutorial to change a 25p to 50p,

im not sure like we cant transform a pal to ntsc project back in the days
(and still now ?)
