Will Edius 4.0 work on an intel Apple?

Considering an apple purchase and have a lot of Canopus avi files. Can Edius 4.0 and 4.5 work on new Apple Intel computers...yes , maybe, no, sort of?

It works perfectly via bootcamp and some are running ok with Parallels
