    Catastrophic failure 0x8000ffff for 6.08 (Happy New Year)

    Old problem, new year.

    Edius 6.08, Win 7, perfectly stable system until today and I can't accomplish anything. The latest info on Windows updates cites updates received 5 months ago and I've not been affected at all.

    Any new news?

    I'd try these three things first to see if it's downloaded some update, and then hardware problems, cards/drives.
