Right way to install 4.5 upgrade

Need to install 4.5 upgrade, but the notice to users is about as mesmerizing as bablefish translation of japanese to english.
"We are very afraid that we would very appreciate that customers will apply the update program after installing EDIUS 4.5"

Install Program - Install TitleMotion - Install Upgrade?

or skip TitleMotion and install the Updater 4.51c

or install updater and then Titlemotion

Where are you pulling those instructions from??

It came in the package for Edius upgrade from 3.0, the title at the botom is Notice to Titlemotion users H038708081(1/1) from August, 2007.
Check the first paragraph as well.

On a recent install I found Edius is not fussy about the install order.

It also asked for the TilteMotion disc from version 3.
