Can anyone tell me why edius 4 won't allow me to delete a transition between clips? And how to get it so I can?

Probably restricted by Sync Mode or Extend Clips.
Kind of a pain, you'll see.

Hi,
If the problem stems from not being able to select the transition on the time line - cursor shows a T - try pressing and holding shift key and pass over the transition to obtain the T - then right click to display menu.

Always use the Alt button to pick transitions...and as Anton mentioned, you need to be zoomed in properly to be able to select it.Comment

And the zooming can be so quick with the CTRL key and the mousewheel.Comment
