Problem: it happens fews time a week, when I open a project, it hanged during loading project. When I click into task manager, I find " QUCIKT ~1.EXE * 32 appeared and not just "QUICKTILTLER.EXE" and when i saw this, project cannot be opened and hanged, any problem?

QUICKT..EXE could also be referring to QUICKTIME player?
do you use Quick Titler? if not, rename quicktitler.exe to quicktitler.exe-old and see if it works correct then

it is quick titler
i find that, from the task manager, the process is named Quick Titler, not quick time. And I did turn off all antivirus, window firewall, window defenderComment

are you using quick titler at all? if not, rename it and see if it helps (30 sec)
