  • Edius to flv preferred screen size?

Tomorrow I will be capturing some clips from Betacam to Edius and then making them into flvs for a web site. The client wants them larger than 320x240, so I'm wondering what the next 2-best larger sizes would be to try? Is there now a larger standard size that I should shoot for? What about bit rate for the encoding? 2500 or so?
    Thanks,
    Tobe

    480x360, 640x480

Adequate bitrate will depend a lot on the nature of the footage - the more complex it is, the more bits will be required to get a "good" result.

                That's PAL, right?
Dimensions in NTSC will differ slightly.

                  Shouldn't matter for square pixels.

I am not sure what you mean by its not running?

                        does it fail to unzip?

                        does it fail to install?

does it fail to start after installing?
