Hi everyone,
I'm new to Edius 5.50 and asking a newbie question that I hope not asked before.
I had a 2 minute footage that I edit with Edius and export with Canopus HQ . Then I needed to downscale the video and I was going to do that in virtual dub as explained here:
so I went and see that virtual dub doesn't show canopus in compression settings.
After that I did a big mistake and installed Grass Valley Playback Codecs Pack (v6.02) with the thought that virtual dub may show canopus codecs by doing so. It didn't work of course.
Anyway I removed the codec pack from Control Panel, reboot. But now My Edius doesn't work properly and it doesn't show any of Canopus presets in export plugins list. What can I do to bring them back ??
I have Windows 7 64 bit, edius 5.50 , virtualdub 32bit 1.10.4 and k lite codec 8.7.0 if necessary.
