  • Edius 7.2 Can I Export A Freeze Frame As .jpg or .bmp?

    HI all,

I hope you are well? Is there a way of creating a freeze frame in Edius that I can then either export or copy as a .jpg or .bmp file so I can use an image for disc label please? I wanted to use the image with some of the effects that are on the timeline (colour grading and Quick Titler text).

    Thank you for any advice,

    Cheers,
    Cameron

and while there, add the "save image as" button as well, this allows you to choose file format and save location

          Thanks guys

          Hi Guys,

Thanks for the replies, advice and info.... worked a treat, especially the "add frame button" (Thanks for that one Anton - you Legend!)!

I'll send you a message soon Barry and thanks for the info.

Sorry it has a taken a few days to get back to you all..... have a shocking dose of gastro and a corrupt SXS card of a client's wedding - not sure which caused which!!! Coming good albeit slowly and vision save just finished to HDD when Edius 7.20 crashed (again) and corrupted SXS card- grrrr! At least all the vision was saved. Now its on 2 external HDD's and DVD..... I'm not paranoid or anything.... really, I'm not! Mmmm, need more external HDD's!!!!

Thanks guys, I hope you and your families all have a great weekend and if I don't converse with you before hand, have a very Merry Christmas and Very Happy New Year!

          Kindest regards,
          Cameron
