4:3 is not dead...Uncle Bob and Aunt Mary will be using a 4:3 TV as long as it doesn't die.
It's going to be at least a good 5+ years until 4:3 is completely dead.

TM and 4:3
I guess we here in Montana may be a little behind the times but 4:3 is certainly not dead here. There was a surge about a year ago for 6:9 but now the demand is back to 4:3. Kinda Makes sense to me. Why not fill up the screen with GOOD content?Leave a comment:

4 x 3 may be dying but it is far from being dead. Many TV spots still have to be delivered that way.Leave a comment:

4x3 is dead, so is TMP by the looks of it, no word on a fix, I'd say lets move on...... we're all having to fiddle with workarounds all day, maybe Santa will drop a patch down the chimney around Xmas time?
not to grumble or complain or be outa line in any way,

It depends on yur TMP workflow. The problem of no live output while making a title is fixed. If you use 4:3 and do not use a crawl or roll, you should be able to use TMP (though a couple have reported random crashes).Leave a comment:

It appears that there is not a fix yet for TMP in version 4.52. Not to complain to much, but this has been a known problem for well over a month now. If GV is not going to fix TMP please let us know so we can move on. If there is going to be a fix please give us a time frame.

With all the trouble since the introduction of v4.5, TitleMotion should be considered as a run-away application. Sorry, it's been a long week :)Leave a comment:

Hmmm. I thought you could run it from the TM.exe file in the Canopus folder, but I tried it and it did not work, so I am guessing no since we have it working as a plug in.Leave a comment:
