From what I've read the 570RU's LCD is underpixeled, 1280x800 on a 17" screen, it should be at least 1440x900 for that size, The 900C is ok if you are using it as a portable computer, or have a portable power source as its power hungary because of its chipset and processors, also you want to make sure you have the latest graphics the 8800(DX 10) vice the 7950 in either.

You're in good shape. That's the best available chipset for laptops and the best CPU's on the market for laptops. Even Apple uses that chipset and CPU's for their MacBooks.

    EDIUS on Clevo Laptops

    Hello Guys

I'm just about ready to purchase a laptop to run EDIUS 4.
I am looking at the Clevo M570RU which uses the Intel Santa Rosa Core 2 Duo,,, and the Clevo D900c which uses the Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad, Core 2 Extreme.
Are there any know issues using EDIUS with any of the these processors.

    Thanks EMVP
