Editing GoPro 720 @ 120 frames slow motion

I have a GoPro Hero 3+ Black shooting 720 at 120 fps. What should my project preset be to get the best slow motion? Should I change the fps of the clip in the bin and/or use time effect - speed for the cleanest slow motion?

Why not try it in a standard 720 29.97 or 1920x1080 59.94 project setting and see what it looks like.

Apply Speed with Nearest Neighbor enabled to avoid interpolation.
