Canopus HQ-avi's for blu-ray

Has anyone tried taking a "canopus HQ-avi" from Edius into Roxio HD-Pro to author a Blu-ray disc. (I've tried and Roxio states that the burn went fine) but when attempting to play it back from my computers Piorneer 202-burner nothing shows up. I also have a BDP-301 which won't see the Disc. I've heard from a privious post that the BDP-301 won't work, only the BDP-S1, Anyone have any ideas where I'm going wrong. Gary

Graphics card driver problem or SONY player problem- nothing to do with the HQ codec if it went through in the Roxio software.
