  • Temporary fix for 16:9 Tmpro tiltles

Here is a temporary fix for the 4:3 in a 16:9 project.

When you want to create a Tmpro project:

1 create a tmpro title i the bin
    2 don't type anything
3 use save as and exit
4 right click on the title
5 click the tab which says still image info
6 Bring the aspect to the aspect of the project
    for SD 16:9 it is 1.2000 (16:9)
7 Now you can bring the title on the time line and when you edit your title is will now be saved with the correct aspect and you can enjoy your 16:9 tiltles again.

I just want to add something very important here:
When using my work around the live out will be will showing 4:3 when editing the title but when you close tmpro the output will be correct 16:9
You can check this by adding a circle when you are making a title.
It will look like an egg when editing in tmpro but once you close tmpro it will be a circle again.
So you should not rely on the live out when designing

Steve, I can't see how this is helping me. I've already made titles at 1440x1080 1.33 aspect. Normally I switch project to SD 16x9 and then open and resave the titles to view.

re you saying I need to make a second set of titles observing your fix method for the SD version of the project. Changing the still image properties from the bin, is not working for me in this instance.

If you have old titles designed in a project when swicthing change to aspect before opening them to save them for sd.

Use the save as method give them a new name and the will be auto updated on the timeline.
