Is TM pro dead? I juist built a NX system for a friend and it didnt come with TM pro.

I also sold another friend of mine on Edius which she just got in the mail yesterday. Its 4.0 with 4.5 in the box it too didnt come with TM pro.

There awhere 2 versions at one time: a cheap one without TMpro and one with tmpro full price.
Maybe you bought cheap packages?

It depends on which package you buy. As I recall, if you bought just the NX board with no expansion board (ie. HD component output), you won't have the TMP install CD.

I hope not, I just bought one for my work(regular job) They originally had 3.62 but the hard drive died and the software got lost. So we had to buy a new one I just got it from Videoguys for $499 they are used to having TM pro it had better come with it. Canopus's website doesnt say anything about 2 versions it only says TM pro is included.

Are you talking about PCIe with HD Expansion and without (before the NX Express) ? At that time, TMP only came with PCIe w/Expansion which I got.

Nope I am taking about a software promotion at one point in time.
I can't remember the details but I know there where 2 packages.

mmm. that explains why my friend with the NX didnt get his but why didnt my friend with the Edius Pro software only didnt get hers? and more importantly when I get mine here for work will it have TM pro? If not will Canopus hook me up?
