When an image is dropped on timeline you can right click the timeline file and go to layout and change the X & Y sizes. Is there a way to rotate the image? Thank you, DBarlow

Unfortunately, not possible without losing the resolution.
Your only solution is to do this in an editing application such as Photoshop and import it into Edius, or use 3d PinP, but in this case you are losing the resolution of the original image. -

Imaginate is good for stills - After Effects for anything slightly more sophisticated.
