  • Movement between two key frames

    Hi
Could you please help me? Why is there small movement between tow key frames with similar value?
I used 3D PIP and put 4 key frames for it,
    Key frame1: X=50
    Key frame2: X=0
    Key frame3: X=0
    Key frame4: X=-50
I didn't want any movement between key frames 2 and 3 but I had, it seems that I have simple mistake but I couldn’t fix it, would you please help me?
    Thanks for any help.

This is a bug that's been plaguing 3d PinP for a long time now. The best is to make sure that you are snapped to a keyframe whenever you do any value changes, so you have to be careful.

Does it mean that there is no solution? It is snapped, I used Next key frame button for jumping between two key frames.

I usually move a keyframe to see if there is one very close to it (usually underneath it)...I don't use the next keyframe button, usually doesn't work for me.

DUDES!!!! Its not a bug, its defaulted to spline interpolation. Change to Linear interpolation :) see recycled pic to get an idea of where to click, left of the wiggle line....the straight line :)

It's a bug...sometimes when you are snapped to the correct keyframe, and then change position for example, a new one underneath it (hidden) is created...so there appears to be a jump.

Don't worry, you'll come across it at least once :)

Yes use Linear so it won't move, and yes I've seen the hidden keyframe also, I use next to find the hidden keyframe and delete it.
