      1. 25p creates that judder when you put a roll in.
      2. When you upload that file to Youtube it is converted to. I think 30p.
This conversion can cause some of the judder to which your are referring.
Also refer to point 1 again.
      3. If you know your main delivery point is going to be Youtube, shoot in a frame rate closer to what the display frame rate will be. As in 30p or 60i or p.
      4. I would use 50 i or p for your project setting to get a smooth roll on your master project in you are not just delivering to Youtube.

Have you played back the file that I posted earlier in a 50p project setting? At least do that and look at the difference.

I saw your link. A lot of that, is as I said, the 25p frame rate and the conversion to 30p by Youtube.
Was the original scroll smooth on your system with 25p. On my system, it is not smooth.

Most of the PAL guys that I talk to are using 50 i or p settings.

any video I upload to youtube in 25 fps remains at 25fps, youtube does not convert the frame rate

simply download your video from youtube and inspect it with mediainfo

I thought that they used a universal frame rate. His video does show in mediainfo that it is 25fps.

It would have been really weird that youtube changed the frame rate...
it would have ghosted so much video that im not surprised
                  but thanks for the demonstration
