  • transfer Time remapping

Is it possible to transfer a time remapping from one clip to another of the identical duration? I'm running E6.07 and can't see any way of doing this.

    Thanks Alan

Do you mean like a copy and paste facility? - then no, video rubber bands and complex time remap actions as well as speed changes, don't qualify in Edius for copy and paste, despite years of asking for this facility to be implemented. I think the software guys don't appreciate how useful this would be, and how time saving a function - instead we get Picons. Ha ha!

I've made a short video, its a bit crappy, but you get the idea:

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

shows how to copy the remap keyframes, which is easier than repeating your work for each clip...

That's fabulous thanks Paul. I didn't realize you could have two time remapping windows open simultaneously. As you say, not quite as easy as copy/paste but almost and much more flexible.

        Thanks Alan
