Edius 4.52 captures 1st frame of clip only

I try to capture video through DVstorm-RT but for some reason I can't see the video in the player I can only see the audio but not hear it however I can see and hear the the clip in windows media player. My timline is not locked and I use Edius 4.52. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong?

Is this happening with any older clips captured with the DVStorm, prior to v4.52?
