  • How can I import VOB files with AC3 in Edius?

    Hi
Would you please help me? I have VOB files with AC3 and I want to import it in Edius 4.2 but when I import it, Edius will crash, it seems that it doesn’t support AC3.
Can anybody help me and tell me what the best way is for importing VOB files with AC3 to Edius?
    Appreciate any help in advance.
    Sean

if you have Tmpeg 4 Xpress (cheap) you can convert the VOB to Canopus DV or Canopus HQ or Canopus Lossless, the conversion is faster than realtime

editing VOB on timeline would give you a very sluggish editing experience
