Edius settings (weird)

I have been having some strange problems with Edius 4.51c over the past month or 2. Once in a while it seems to change my settings, my layout will change. I thought it was something I was doing but it happens too often for that. Today I got through the better part of a wedding before I relized that my Ripple edit was on and it wasnt in sync mode which are 2 things I have set by default. Anyone else see these problems?

Been using 4.51 also< (doing the wedding thing), and yesterday all of settings went back to defaults, bin size, player window, everything...thought it was the Arizona heat, guess not...Gary

Did you guys get any crashes before setting the initial settings?

The only time Edius saves your settings to the profile is when you properly exit Edius (ie File > Exit or close via the monitors X button).

Also make sure to export your profile to a new file so you will have your settings backedup. Just right click > Export your .eup file from the main screen.

I hate to say this but it also happened to me on a regular basis when using 4.51

exiting and restarting restored my settings, I did not figure out the cause but I think it always started happening when TMPro brought up a crash message and that happened often

This is probably why. It's been working fine for me.
