  • Edius 6.52 not showing offline files

I have XML files and m2ts files that are offline but not showing in the offline window. I only see that they are offline in the timeline and bin. (They are not proxies) I can only restore them one by one by double clicking them in the bin and choosing them. They are restored even though "exactly" is checked, which means it's a mystery as to why they are not showing as offline in the window or status bar. (This is dangerous because they are offline in the timeline and I have no way of knowing and I might export with offline files).

Go to File>Restore offline clips and see if that shows them all.

I'll have to wait for next time as I have already restored them. This should be reported though since I was lucky to catch it.

It can only be reported if it can be reproduced.
Since you had other issues with 6.52 which we are not seeing it will be good to check it when your installation is working correct.
