At least you can fix it . :)
In the future it may be better to spend some extra time before acquisition fixing these things.

I would have like to blame the camera guy, but I was the camera guy.
No excuse, I shot it and missed the shinning teeth.....

My first try would've been Regioned Chrominance targeting high luma and all colors, applying a Brightness drop. But likely you tried that.
So next time be sure to knock out the talent's teeth first. j/k!
