Cant burn DVD settings 720x576

Just downloaded a trial edius 6.5 created a basic movie orig 1920x1080 used this tutorial http://www.videoproductions.com.au/h...dub-hd-sd.html to create a 720x576 avi. Started new project with resized avi but cant find a a setting which will allow me to export to DVD. its greyed out. New user wanted to test Edius before buying and export to DVD as currently using Adobe premiere and having issues with some panning shots exporting jerky.

Please help!!!

Make sure it is an interlaced project setting.

you don't need virtual dub when you have 6.5

Thanks guys I tried the interlaced setting and it works. Its shot 24p but used a 50i setting and exports to dvd now.

Ill also check out that link to make skip virtual dub thanks for the tip.

Now thats its exporting im having one more issue with the end result but will port in new question to makie it easier. Thanks again
