NEO 3.05 Clip Marker not working

Relative nu-bee to NEO.
Can't get Clip marker function to work.
I have the User Ref Guide Software Version 3 and have followed the instructions to insert Clip Marker but it will not work. Sequence marker works fine. If I toggle to the Clip Marker window the Marker is greyed out. Am I missing something or is Clip Marker not available in NEO 3.05?

Thank you. I returned to the program and discovered my problem. Whilst I had been selecting the clip I found I needed to double click it to before clip marking was possible in the player window.
