What is your frame rate? Your filed order should be upper and not lower.

Thanks Jerry - Frame rate for these MTS files according to MediaInfo is 29.970
But in the meantime found an easy solution to this problem.
Solution: Save project to H.264/AVC file -->use saved file to new and final projects.
All is now well under control with a choice of DVD or BD to burn; and file order is upper.

Thank you and all for great help.

Ps. Surprised that Edius 6.52 works so well on my HP Pavilion with only 6 Gb memory. I suppose that's really a minimum for best results. Also I found that choice of templates for DVD menus is very slim compared to PD 11 for example. Any other sources for different templates ?
