chapter in edius burn to dvd

i have a photo montage ive finished and the client wants a picture to show at the beginning that is the only chapter point and she would clik on the picture to start the montage. i have tried to do this and cannot figure it out. should be very easy. can someone that uses this give me a quick step by step.
