Cannot import pic in file area/timeline

Hello

Before 3 moonths evrything is OK. But today i try to make some video with music and mp3 file import without problem. When i try put a pic in file area or in timeline...... "Failed to open file".
Pls ....help

Try to reinstall QuickTime.
