HOW PRINT file name on exported file

Hi,
is someone know how to print file name on exported video.
Example:
I record 4 h of video material. Now I need give my client small video file with timecode and file name..
Time code....no problem
File name.....if I have about 600 files....it is good idea to print not only time code but also the name .... and I dont know HOW to do that.
I try write date and hours/minutes .... but it only was shown at the beginning of file.... rest of time of file was only this: ____:____:____:____... next file start with new date and hour/minute
Any ideas?

Maybe write a macro for Vistitle.
Better yet, hire an intern.
