H264 Export crashes Edius 6.51 Every time

Every time it starts to encode to H264 1920 by 1080 25p it just poofs out.

Thrown away preferences in roaming

Still no go - gets to naming file either disappears from desktop or just goes into stopped working

Storm 3G Elite

6 minutes Project full of large (3,500 pixel) jpeg's, PSD's and png's

First time I have seen this issue.

Any ideas?

Its only 1 project doing this, the exporter is working fine in another project so its something to do with the content. Tried selecting less of timeline away from the start but still crashes.

Can you shift q the timeline and then export and see what happen.

In Particular I use Izotope Mastering limiter and audio restore pretty much all the time. GV are really making life very difficult for users who use a full set of plugins, and I am getting a bit tired of it. It also means that previous projects won't work that have them applied without modifying all the audio. But what are the equivalents of these? I would sooner have paid the extra to continue using them. This is yet more hassle, I don't need when I an trying to get work out, and I have 3 Edius 6.07 systems with Izotope.

The Izotope plugins will still work in the version (6.x) for which they were licensed.

6.5 has been crashing alot

Its the old problem with big jpegs again. This type of issue has been going on since version 4. In this case its a 5 minute time line with PSD's Jpegs and png's. Jpegs of 3-4,000 pixels. After about 4-5hours of editing they don't display at all. Eventually the playback starts stopping at random, then its an Edius stopped working message. It was put down to memory leakage. I guess its never properly been fixed as I don't have crashing issues with camera footage.

Izotope Ozone5 and RX2 work beautifully with 6.52
Ozone is a Mastering plug in and RX2 is for restoration, clipping, denoising etc, in my opinion far better than the ones we were given

Try the trial! before buying, be careful there is also a professional version of each at appropriate price but not needed

I use Voxengo Elephant as my mastering limiter in 6.52

I use Voxengo Redunoise as my noise reduction in 6.52 (it is many times better than izotope ever was, it does not alter the so8und of the voice at all)

Redunoise causes a 17 frame delay, so you need to print to wav file, then place it below and line up with waveform
