There is now a setting that lets you select which side highlights.
Settings>User Settings>Application>Timeline Check the box, Select the Left Clip when cutting a clip

Ahhhhhh, thank goodness for small mercies. The QuickTitler kerning issue fixed too. Happy days. :)

... and fixed AVID DNxHD .mov playback, plus (FCP) XML import bin support too? Excellent! A little but of something for everyone in the 6.52 update. Sincere thanks to the dev team for this one. Give them the weekend off!

(But then chain them back at their desks on Monday, theres always more work to be done!)
