I'm about to tackle my first HDV project. I have some footage in 720p (JVC HD110U) and some in 1080i (Canon XH-A1). Are there any decks that output both native HDV formats via firewire? Looks like both sony m15u and m25u are 1080i only firewire and 720p is component out. Or are there inexpensive cameras for each to use as decks? Called JVC, they said there deck BRHD50U, wouldn't even play 1080i. Any thought or recommendations greatly appreciated.
