Hi All
I just run across a slightly strange issue when bringing in a sequence from FCP via XML (which I find usually works just fine). This time, when importing the XML, all my source media is offline and the Restore and Transfer Clips window is listing all the source media it is looking for as having "_1004.avi" appended to the file path.
Example:
A clip with a file path is C:\Test\My_Clip.mov is being interpreted as C:\Test\My_Clip.mov_1004.avi
Has anyone seen something like this before and have an explanation of what is going wrong ... and why? Is there any way to circumvent this? I've a ttached a screenshot of the Restore and Transfer Clips dialog following my sample XML import. All the file paths are correct except for the addition of "_1004.avi".
Thanks for your time.
Cheers
Andy
