  • Startup problem edius FullScreenView2

Hi, never had this problem. Since a few days I can't start edius. When I choose a project and the project tries to load, the second monitor turns black and edius doesn't start the project and edius doesn't start. What's going on here? Does anyone know how to solve this problem? In the taskmenu of windows 7 I see dat the FullScreenPreview2 doens't react.
I hope that someone can help me.

I have seen this before, try in windows to switch your secondairy display to OFF, use only one main display and start Edius, then if all o.k. engage 2nd monitor again.
Could this be linked to corrupt user profile settings ?

The problem occurs in both situations, when I want to open a new project and also when I want to open an existing project.
I now tried to shut off the second monitor but then after I have clicked on new project nothing happens. Edius doesnt't react anymore. But it's still running in the background. In the taskmenu under processes I see edius.exe is running. Only thing that is different to other processes the processor number is 13, the other are all 0. What that mean and does somebody has some more tips?
