Saving key frames frustration

How do you send a clip from the timeline to the bin, WITH the attributes from the clip ?
ie., key frames, video effects, etc.
When "save to bin" is chosen, the clip reverts back to the original media.

You can sequence in out to bin or export to a new file.

I see you are still using 6.02. While updating will not change the keyframe functions, many other things have been improved upon in 6.07 and 6.08.
